Booking Terms & Conditions
Cancellation & Lateness Policy:
Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows will incur a charge of £10 per head. A charge of £10 per head also applies for reduced guest count unless arranged 48 hours in advance.
It’s crucial to call us on 0161 273 2888 if you’re running late, as there’s a 15-minute grace period. Failure to notify could result in less dining time or your table being given to other diners.
Customer Notices:
Cooking your own food is required on the Hot Pot and BBQ floor, so please follow the menu’s cooking times. Management is not responsible for undercooked food. Children must be supervised at all times.
Allergies:
Management takes necessary precautions to prevent cross-contamination however, we cannot guarantee that all dishes are completely free from any specified allergens since all food is prepared in the same kitchen.
