Booking Terms & Conditions
Please note that there is a 15 minutes grace period so please call us if you are running later than 15 minutes after your booked time. Changes to decreased guest count will be subject to a charge of £10 per person.
Cancellation Policy:
We allow cancellations with a refund 72 hours before your scheduled booking time, however please note that a £2.50 per booking processing fee applies to all refunds. This is to cover associated charges of the reservation platform and cost to process the refunds. No-shows or cancellations less than 72 hours from your booking time will be subject to a charge of £10 per person.
Customer Notices:
The Hot Pot floor and the BBQ floor requires you to cook your own food therefore you must adhere to the cooking instruction times shown on the menu. Management accepts no responsibility for undercooked food. All children must be supervised at all times.
Allergies:
Management takes precautions to ensure there’s no cross-contamination however we can not guarantee all dishes are free from any allergens stated as the food is prepared from the same kitchen.
